Hello! My name is Darius I am the founder of TheBossWay! Growing up and always taking the time to do hair and watch videos often my obsession with hair became unreal and I knew I wanted to be a hairstylist. I took the time to  establish my company back in 2019 with the name Bossy Essentials. As time grew and the company started to expand as with me adding hair product and also our skincare line I changed the name to TheBossWay give my bosses a better fitting. Originally starting in Buffalo,NY to then expanding to different states to show off my talents my passion for my work and company stood out! I made it a priority to take time to master all types of hair weather it was weaves, frontals and or wig installations I knew this is something I always wanted to do in order to improve within beauty industry. I strive everyday for my BossBabies to show them that I am committed fully to my company and my passion for it is unbearable. TheBossWay was made for everyone to have the look that they love rather its a lovable stylish wig or amazing hair products to help combine  the look I take initiative to providing you with the best services we have to offer to ensure the best quality and at a lovable price.
